 喷漆房、烤漆房废气处理净化设备工作原理：
   1、废气经集气罩、管道收集后，利用离心风机引进入洗涤塔处理设备中，再通过离心风机将气体送至烟囱系统，然后对处理之洁净空气进行高空排放。
   2、洗涤塔处理废气条件是在一定的温度和压力下，设备循环喷淋系统中装置高压喷嘴，填充材料采用高效填充材料，使喷液能达到雾化状态。
   3、在气液相开始接触时，组份的溶解即吸收是主要的，随着时间的延长及溶液中吸收质浓度不断增大，吸收速度会不断减慢，而解吸收的速度却不断增加。
   4、接触到某一时刻，吸收速度和解吸速度相等，气液相间的传递达到平衡相平衡。达到相平衡时表示溶解过程停止。因此此时需要更换洁净洗涤液，否则溶液中已被吸收的组份也可能由液相重新逸回气相，形成解吸。

  一、工艺流程简介：
   
   喷漆废气处理设备从气体收集系统收集后，进入“活性炭吸附设备”，由于固体吸附剂表面上存在着未平衡和未饱和的分子引力或化学键力，因此当吸附剂的表面与气体接触时，就能吸引气体分子，使其浓聚并保持在吸附剂表面，此现象称为吸附。利用吸附剂固体表面的吸附能力，使喷漆废气中的VOC与大表面的多孔性吸附剂相接触，废气中的污染物被吸附在固体表面上，使其与气体混合物分离，经活性炭吸附设备处理的气体进入UV光解设备，去除有机废气及刺激性异味气体后经排气筒高空排放。
   
   二、UV光解净化原理介绍：
   
   喷漆废气处理设备利用高能高臭氧UV紫外线光束分解空气中的氧分子产生游离氧，即活性氧，因游离氧所携正负电子不平衡所以需与氧分子结合，进而产生臭氧。

   喷漆废气处理设备经过活性炭吸附床处理过的废气进入到本净化设备后，净化设备运用高能UV紫外线光束及臭氧对废气进行协同分解氧化反应，使废气降解转化成低分子化合物、水再通过排风管道排出室外。
